I initially started as a Creative Designer, where I'd be working on a lot of CRM-based design. This was mainly online-banners, landing pages and a few print brochures. I eventually got promoted to lead, which entailed doing some hands-on work, but setting-up/managing the workflow, Testing, prioritising tasks and working on innovation.
